Interested in Renting a 4+ bedroom home in Clearwater, British Columbia Want Ads

We are a friendly, clean, quiet, hard working and responsible family of 4 looking to call Clearwater home, after living in the hustle and bustle of the big city. We, the parents have been married for 20+ years. Our 20 year old daughter is doing schooling for Paramedic and our 17 year old son is in high school. We volunteer in the community. We are very clean quiet respectable family. We have excellent references willing to do a long-term lease as well.
We are looking for a 3+ bdrm home on acreage anywhere within a 10 min travel around Clearwater. We would like the home to come with 5 full size appliances (ie: fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer & dryer). A 2+ vehicle garage who be an asset. Some area being fenced would be wonderful. We must be able to find a pet friendly home, for our small dogs. We would like to possibly do a rent to own, with a down payment in the future. We are able to keep up on all maintenance on the home, as long as it is nothing serious. If the house has yard work to be done or small repair/work, we look forward to jumping in and getting our hands dirty. Acreage living is nothing new to us as we owned 4.8 acres in Alberta a few years back.
We have a steady income and some savings to help us move and get settled away in a our new piece of heaven.
